水裡的寧靜 - Calmness of the pool | Gym 健身趣 | Jack鄭杰盛

可以在炎熱的下午或工作一整天後侵泡在泳池中的感覺是超級舒壓的! 我很幸運的,在我的大樓頂層有一個漂亮的游泳池,可以欣賞到城市的景色,我會在這游來游去幫助我放鬆心情,因為游泳是很一項具有療效的運動。這種緩解壓力的活動也可以幫助我建立我的耐力和肌力,因為它提供了一個全面的身體肌肉鍛煉和提升肺活量。

Don’t you just love the feeling of dipping in the pool on a hot afternoon or after a long day at work? Well, I’m blessed with a nice pool at my rooftop with nice a view of the city where I would swim laps after laps to ease my mind as I find it rather therapeutic. This stress-alleviating activity also helps me build my endurance and muscle strength as it provides an all-over body workout.

游完之後,我會塗上一些助曬油,然後躺者曬曬太陽做日光浴。有時候,我會在這過程中享用一杯冷雞尾酒,一邊閱讀我的書。我很喜歡古銅色的皮膚,但同時必須留意,不要在陽光下長時間曝曬,因為這會對皮膚造成恨大的傷害。

After the swim, I’d lather myself with some tanning oil and have a quick tan at the sundeck. Sometimes, I would even read my book while enjoying a cold glass of cocktail while tanning. While I like having a tanned skin, I have to be mindful not to have long exposures in the sun, as it is harmful to my skin.

雖然我個人偏好以游泳和曬日光浴,來讓我暫時忘記忙碌的工作時間表,但其他人可能會發現去做瑜伽或是武術等活動對他們更有益也能符合自己的興趣。只要你有一個健康的運動來幫助你鍛鍊和緩解日常的壓力和不適,運動肯定會幫助你充實自己的思想和加強體能狀態,這樣你就可以更好地完成未來的工作。

While I may prefer swimming and tanning to unwind myself from my hectic schedules, others might find activities such as yoga or even martial arts beneficial to them. As long as you have a healthy outlet to distress your mind and soul, it would definitely help you in recharging your state of mind so that you’d perform better for the tasks ahead.
